The salary range for this position is $93700.00 - $140700.00 / Annually. What You'll Do:
Strategic Leadership: Drive the strategic vision and accelerate growth of Mills's business within the Fresh Perimeter Channel (Bakery, Deli, Produce) in Retail Grocery.
Broker Management: Lead Broker Partners to achieve key company objectives such as sales volume, market share, and profit.
Customer Development: Develop current customers and secure new business opportunities, driving business growth, and fostering strong business partnerships.
Category Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of the bakery, deli, and produce categories to identify opportunities, develop compelling sales strategies, and provide valuable insights to our partners.
Portfolio Growth: Drive sales and distribution of our diverse portfolio, including our exciting new breads/rolls in the perimeter bakery, as well as our delicious Frozen Baked Goods, Mixes, and Granola & Yogurt.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong corporate relationships with industry leaders such as Albertsons, Smith's, Bashas, WinCo, Associated Foods, Foodland, Sprouts, Whole Foods, Affiliated Foods, Save Mart, and other strategic regional retailers and distributors.
Strategic Planning: Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to develop innovative sales strategies and tactics that drive results.

Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of successful Retail Grocery or Foodservice sales or equivalent business-to-business sales experience
Self-starter with ability to maintain workload from remote office (Estimated travel 40% across Western USA)
Record of delivering results.
Experience working with & influencing cross-functional teams.
Strategic Business Development, Strong Communication and Collaboration skills.
Executive Presence.
Ability to thrive in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of successful Foodservice or Retail grocery sales or equivalent business-to-business sales experience.
Record of winning beyond what the job might be.
Influence & negotiations skills (internal and external).
Broker management experience.
Systems experience (Salesforce, Tableau, Trade Systems, Nielsen, Sales Volume, etc.).
Working knowledge of customer service, logistics/transportation, and supply chain.
Culinary experience handling/producing products in customer retail bakeries or production facilities is a plus; Work involves occasionally lifting 30-50 lb. cases.
