Job DescriptionThe Medication safety, Quality and Regulatory Pharmacist is responsible for medication safety, Pharmacy quality programs and regulatory compliance initiatives. Identifying opportunities to improve the safety of medication-use systems and developing error-prevention strategies targeted to reduce safety risks in collaboration with the Regional DOP or designee. The incumbent will collaborate with health care providers and Nursing Leadership having medication-related responsibilities to monitor and measure medication-use systems and implement error-prevention strategies with consideration of the human developmental stages.
