Position Summary: This position is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the facility. The ideal person will have some mechanical and handyman/tool skills. Should be comfortable communicating in verbal, written, and electronic formats. Maintenance experience and/or technical training a plus. Major Responsibilities: Perform building and ground maintenance as needed Keep up preventative maintenance programs for the facility Perform repairs as needed Fill out accurate work orders daily Perform data entry for completed repairs Perform basic facility repairs Comply with all safety standards and OSHA procedures
