The Department of Animal and Food Sciences at Oklahoma State University invites applications for a 70% Extension, 30% research faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor. This position carries the expectation of excellence in Extension and research commensurate with the land grant mission of Oklahoma State University.   Position Description The successful candidate is expected to (a) develop Extension programming impactful to the meat industry of Oklahoma, including processing and manufacturing; (b) lead and contribute to existing programming in producer, youth, and consumer meat education; (c) collaborate with Extension educators and industry to create and enhance oppor
