This newly created position will provide knowledge and expertise to customers and internal staff on meat processing seasonings, casings, packaging, supplies, equipment, and other processes. They will use the test kitchen to train employees and customers as well as do onsite training of equipment with customers. Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales is key.
