Position Summary: Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Behavior Technician. The Behavior Technician for the Intensive Outpatient Clinic (IOC) at the Rutgers Center for Adult Autism Services (RCAAS) implements a variety of behavior analytic strategies in support of successful outcomes for adults with autism across the areas of problem behavior reduction and skill acquisition goals throughout center-based and community-based environments.Among the key duties of this position are the following:Collects, interprets, and analyzes behavioral data, as well as assists in the management of severe problem behavior.Contributes to the development of behavior analytic problem
