What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a motivated and high-energy Senior Analyst of Financial Planning and Analysis who will help provide accurate and timely financial analysis and reporting to CHB’s leadership team. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for assisting the development and maintenance of the Financial Planning and Analysis process to collect, analyze, forecast, and report financial information.

Play a lead role in CHB’s financial planning cycles.
Develop and maintain forecast models as needed to support company planning.
Confirm financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinate the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; present results to internal management.
Coordinate monthly forecasting activities; lead recurring discovery meetings with department leaders.
Support the monthly business performance review process, in coordination with key business leaders.
Create department-level reporting and support consolidated reports efforts.
Construct internal management reporting and produce variance analysis support.
Build headcount and personnel cost tracking and related models and forecasts.
Generate other ad hoc reporting and analysis.
Establish trust with key business partners and other operational and financial stakeholders; establish yourself as a go-to financial partner for others in the company.
As necessary, communicate, collaborate and establish connections across various departments within the company.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
Collaborate with others within the company, at all levels, to gain insight and vision; then work independently to provide reporting, tools and solutions.
5+ years of experience in a corporate finance environment.
BA/BS degree in finance, accounting or related field.
Strong financial modeling skills are a must, together with demonstrated capabilities building financial forecasts.
Demonstrated career progression in FP&A
Strong communication (written and oral), presentation and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Self-starter with strong analytical abilities and highly motivated to learn quickly.
Ability to collaborate among multiple business units.
Analytical mindset with ability to present data in a structured and informative way.
Professional and accountable work ethic.
Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision.
Nice to Have:
Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills.
Strong system skills with preference towards Netsuite and Quickbooks.
