Principal Responsibilities:1. This position assists with in-depth probing and fact-finding conversations to gather information and provide accurate guidance to community members. This includes new vendor setup, credit verification forms, tax exemption documentation and relevant accounting processes as well as creating purchase requisitions for final approval in appropriate system. 2. This person will work closely with the Yale Hospitality culinary team, the Director of Supply Chain and Sustainability, and the Yale Hospitality leads responsible for ensuring the integrity of items in the menu management and purchasing systems.
