WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Account Executive is responsible for managing the planning, budgeting, development, implementation, and evaluation of a client’s business. The Account Executive is the “go-to” person on a day-to-day basis for the client and will work closely with all Midan team members to provide marketing support to key clients and to coordinate all efforts to make certain that clients’ needs are met. This role may be directly responsible for the management of additional account team members within a specific client. This role has significant client/brand budget ownership and service revenue responsibilities. This position is also responsible for asking “What if…?” to bring new ideas to the client(s) and team members in order to grow client business and Midan relationship. Professional development is intended to build leadership abilities within this position. You’ll also get to:
Work with key clients to understand their marketing needs and develop, execute and evaluate effective marketing programs that satisfy those needs
Act as an agency contact for clients, and be the source of information and programming resources for internal teams
Develop an Activities Calendar for the client and manage the efficient and effective execution of those activities based on deadlines agreed upon by the client(s)
Collaborate with Project Management Team in the development and execution of client scope of work
When necessary, solicit assistance from other agency team members (creative communications, market research, MarTech, public relations, etc.) to provide support and information to satisfy client needs. Must coordinate all activities with other Agency team members in order to ensure desired resources are available when needed
Manage brand/program budgets and billings and provide regular management reports on all efforts for each client
Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of each project
Review Marketing Plans and Performance Assessment documents to track the scope and success of projects every month
Guide and develop direct reports, as applicable.
Other related tasks and projects as assigned.

Possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience in marketing, retail, or agency account management and/or at least six months of demonstrated success in current position at Midan Marketing
Have excellent organizational, communication, analytical, and writing skills; detail-oriented
Can manage multiple projects and assignments
Must be willing to travel up to 30%
Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree a plus) in marketing, animal science, meat science, agri-business or production
