MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE: HEALTH CARE & LIFE SCIENCES PRACTICE (Life Sciences/FDA Regulatory)

Epstein Becker & Green is seeking an attorney to work at the level of a mid-level associate to join its Health Care & Life Sciences practice.  Ideally, the candidate would work from the firm’s Chicago office, but candidates seeking to work in one of EBG’s other locations will be considered. 

Candidates should have a minimum of four years of relevant experience and possess expertise in those aspects of health regulatory law applicable to the development and commercialization of FDA-regulated products including FDA regulatory matters, fraud and abuse, advertising and promotion, and clinical research.  Experience negotiating commercial agreements is preferred but not required. 

Candidates should possess strong academic credentials and have excellent communication and writing skills.  Juris doctorate degree required.  Admission to practice law in Illinois is preferred, but admission in one of the follow jurisdictions is mandatory:  California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Texas, or Washington, DC.
