Under the supervision of the Director of Enterprise Business Systems, the Manager of EnterpriseBusiness Systems is responsible for a team that designs, operates, and supports Enterprise business applications. You will be responsible for a team of analysts who oversee the day-to-day operation of multiple Enterprise applications, including, but not limited to, VALT Video Audio Learning Tool, Genetec Video and Security, CBORD Food Service Management, InformaCast Emergency Notification System, Lockpath Governance Risk and Compliance, and Portico Account Processing Solution. This position plans, manages, and coordinates activities of the Application Operations Team to ensure projects and goals are accomplished.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & DUTIES:
Plans, manages, and coordinates all activities to ensure a stable and functioning Enterprise system environment.
Manages projects and team workloads to ensure timely implementation, effective resource utilization, and alignment with Enterprise strategic and operational priorities
Develops and implements policies, procedures, and processes to support and facilitate transparency, engagement, collaboration, and innovation in system design
Participates in, and fosters adoption of, IT governance process and change control
Collaborates with counterparts in IT, various departments, and third-party vendor resources to implement and maintain application solutions, ensuring integration into Boys Town's Enterprise Resource Planning tool
Manages project personnel and vendor resources based on assigned duties, and scope of authority, to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
Prepares project status reports, communicates status/issues to constituents, and suggests modifications of schedules as required, while ensuring changes fit within overall program plan
Develops and maintains project documentation and ensures centralized storage and indexing of documentation
Supports the creation of software system end-user documentation
Participates in interviews, selection, onboarding, and developing of employees. Reviews staff performance, including providing feedback for performance evaluations, making training recommendations, etc.
Works collaboratively with the Information Security, Governance Risk and Compliance, Physical Security, Research, Food Services, Human Resources and Finance departments to ensure Enterprise Business Systems are meeting organization goals.
Serves as a role model in carrying out the Father Flanagan's Boys' Home mission.
Directs all activities towards the fulfillment of the Boys Town mission
Directs all actions to reflect the values and principles of Boys Town
Establishes and maintains an environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and ethical behavior
Maintains regular, reliable and predictable attendance
Supports other members of the management team and their work

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related field is required.
Minimum of five years' experience in software operations, or information technology required.
Minimum of two years of leadership experience required.
Understanding of, and experience with, the application lifecycle and development methodologies is required.
Project management experience preferred.
This position may require on-call work to provide additional support and/or may require work to be performed outside of traditional business hours including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSURES, AND LANGUAGE SKILLS:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND EQUIPMENT USAGE:
Sedentary to light work, having to occasionally lift using 10 to 20 pounds of force. Possesses audible acuity necessary for phone and verbal contact. Possesses visual acuity necessary for using computer and for reading charts, forms, and communications.
The worker is subject to inside environmental conditions, protection from weather conditions, but not necessarily from temperature changes.
