Provides a variety of analytical and operational duties in support of CEPC, its training and research initiatives:
Supports training initiatives through communication with participants, registration, materials preparation, or small group facilitation
Builds relationships with patients, advisory board members, and clinic leaders
Supports CEPC dissemination channels, for example newsletter blurbs, web page postings, and social media, in alignment with UCSF digital and editorial policies and UCSF brand identity standards as posted at identity.ucsf.edu.
Participate along with master trainer in intake calls for interested clients to communicate overview of training services and gather information for the training team regarding client needs;
Track progress on completion of training agreements, vendor agreements, and contracts and identify/follow up with the Program Manager in the event of emerging issues;
Create and monitor online registration and evaluation process for each training, and generate metric reporting of results for distribution to team;
Identify requirements of and arrange for venue space, food and beverage, audiovisual support, and venue amenities related to in-person open enrollment trainings hosted in San Francisco (when such trainings are again allowable and safe based on UCSF policy);
Assist with scheduling team for meetings and trainings;
Navigate university-systems such as UCPath, PeopleConnect, BearBuy and MyExpense to implement policies and management/leadership directives, including requests for supplies and reimbursement;
Manage supplies inventories and review/submit vendor invoices for processing;
Participates in administrative / research policy and program project planning and development.
Provides recommendations and guidelines involving programs / initiative
Coordinates program planning and collaboration with program / project staff

Gathers and assembles analytical and factual data on assigned problems and issues to prepare reports and / or analyses summarizing information on the assigned issues and commenting on other significance for internal or external constituents.
Identify subjects, develop recruitment and retention strategies, and screen and enroll study subjects.
Schedule subjects for study visits; meet with them in person or virtually to administer questionnaires, collect medical history and perform study procedures.
Conduct reviews of medical charts and electronic records to extract medical information and other data for use in studies.
Applies professional or research concepts to perform analysis of data and systems pertaining to moderately complex projects, policies, initiatives, / processes, and / or functions.
Collect data during subject visits; enter data from visits and other subject-related participation into databases in a timely manner.
Maintain data collection forms for effective data collection, entry, and analysis.
Utilizes survey and data management software such as Access, RedCAP, and Qualtrics to manage small to mid-sized data sets.
On a project basis, performs analytical studies on a variety of policies, research initiatives, programs and issues
