The Associate Director, Market Intelligence & Tracking will work with various departments within NCBA to provide current, economic-based insights related to retail and foodservice channel activity, with focus on beef and competitive proteins and assist in managing the continual tracking of consumer behaviors. These insights will be used by NCBA programs, state beef councils, retail/foodservice operators and other industry stakeholders.
