Reliability Program Manager - This position is responsible for leading and managing reliability engineering projects and continuous improvement projects to deliver services in compliance and excellence to Rockwell Automation and industry standards at our customer's locations
The RPM is an experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves wide range of issues in creative ways, and effective ways. Frequently interacts with peers and customers to gain cooperation of others or conduct presentations of technical information/project activities.
*Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) best practices.
*Responsible for the delivery of reliability AM&R processes, PLS services, and customer engagements. Reliability services focused on lifecycle management, modernization programs, product migrations, inventory optimization, and storeroom management.
*Experience with the use of Lean/Six Sigma Tools, Kepner-Tregoe Tools, Business Intelligence (BI) tools, statistical analysis, data contextualization methods, reliability modeling, root cause failure analysis (RCFA), failure reporting using analysis, corrective and preventative actions systems, and Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA).
*Act as primary customer contact for the system administration of reliability owned software applications, solutions delivery, and consulting services. *Individual will provide leadership and guidance to the Asset Management and Reliability Teams on methods, maintenance and control of processes and systems.
*Leads and facilitates best practice sharing, process enhancement ideas and special projects to drive reliability process efficiency and effectiveness.
*Participate in the development/execution of reliability process performance and quality metrics to support new product introductions and reliability performance measures for production product.
*Program Manager is expected to keep abreast of new and changing technology and methods that enhance their skill set. This can be accomplished through continuing learning at outside classes, seminars, reading and other related training opportunities.
*Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Supply Chain Management or related field
*Ability to travel by plane and vehicle, up to 50%. (Travel is typically Monday-Friday, although some overnights are to be expected).
*Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. Rockwell Automation will not offer sponsorship for this position.
*Knowledge of Rockwell Automation products, services, and solutions
*5+ Years' experience in customer solutions delivery or related experience
*Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
*Experience working within a wide range of industries (Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Automotive, Packaging, Food Processing, Pulp & Paper, Consumer Goods, etc.)
*Exceptional interpersonal skills: customer facing and relationship development experience
*Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is preferred
*CMRP certification is preferred
*PE license or related technical degree, preferred
*Knowledgeable in the use of statistical and data manipulation techniques, MS Power BI
