The Meat Science program at University of Nevada, Reno (UNR) is offering a graduate assistantship to a doctoral student starting January or August 2022. Expectations include devoting significant time toward degree completion, performing laboratory activities, writing scientific reports, collaborating with graduate students, and engaging in all parallel projects conducted by the meat science faculty. The successful applicant must take ownership of academic responsibilities and deliver results in a timely manner.
