We are seeking an experienced appraiser to lead our appraisal team at GreenStone!

We are excited for you to apply for our Appraisal Group Manager position. The purpose of this position is to conduct real estate and/or personal property appraisals in support of client needs as well as lead and direct the day-to-day activities of an assigned group of Appraisers and Collateral Analysts.

Bachelor’s Degree required
5+ years of progressive professional appraisal experience and skills in land, building, fixture, and personal property valuation using the three approaches to value experience required.
2 + years of supervisory experience preferred.
Formal appraisal training through a professional appraiser’s organization that is a member of the Appraisal Foundation. Advanced understanding of and ability to apply the general appraiser proficiencies
Must be state-certified general appraiser licensed by a state or territory whose requirements for certification currently meet or exceed the minimum criteria for certification issued by the appraisal Subcommittee of the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council.
Membership in a nationally recognized professional appraiser’s organization that is a member of the Appraisal Foundation preferred
