Honeywell has an exciting opportunity for Offering Manager- Field Instruments for Honeywell’s Process Measurement and Control (PMC) business. The successful candidate is expected to be high-energy, creative and resourceful self-starter with demonstrated leadership skills and entrepreneurial instincts. The candidate must have product development or product marketing experience with an exposure to pharmaceutical, food and beverage industries.
The successful candidate will be accountable for commercial success for PMCs pressure, temperature and process level instruments in Americas and for leading Honeywell PMCs portfolio expansion into pharmaceutical, food and beverage industries. She/ he will work with all functions; viz. Technology, Supply Chain, IT, Customer Care, Customer Marketing for flawless launch of new offerings and work proactively with sellers to ensure commercial success.
PMC Offering Manager- Field Instrumentation will be responsible for
Driving growth for Honeywell PMC’s pressure, temperature, and process level instruments across all industries in Americas by collaborating with sales on large pursuits and OEM enrolments.
Working on cross functional initiatives for Honeywell PMC’s pressure, temperature, and process level instruments portfolio to meet customer expectations
Leading industry approvals and vendor list registrations for Americas
Leading new product development for expansion of Honeywell PMC’s instrumentation portfolio into Pharmaceutical, Food and Beverage industries
Competition and industry assessments to drive Honeywell’s instrumentation strategy
Understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities to differentiate, articulating and executing winning value proposition
Teaming up with customer marketing to execute roadmap of marketing activities to generate demand.
Creating excitement and capabilities in sales and distribution for new and refreshed offerings
YOU MUST HAVE
8+ years of experience in product/ offering management
Exposure to pharmaceutical, food and beverage industries
Proven ability to driven business growth
Strong technology and application knowledge in Pressure/ Temperature/ Level technologies
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Track record of defining, developing and growing instrumentation offerings
Ability to influence and partner productively in a matrix organization.
Strong strategic and program management skills
Business to business or industrial channels experience.
Quota carrying sales experience
