The role of 'middle office' essentially covers operations (oversight/analysis of outsourced settlements and reconciliations), core middle office (P&L analysis, valuation work, NAV) and trader assistant (overseeing execution, trade bookings, risk management/VAR) responsibilities. The hire will directly support / have ownership over a specific PM / strategy (that you will face off to). Progression options are varied, for example in the past 3yrs, top performers in this team have progressed internally in to trading, investment analyst, market risk and business management roles.

We are only looking for candidates that have excellent academic profiles. You should ideally have 5yrs+ hedge fund operations/trade support/middle office/trader assistant experience, however we are open to exceptional juniors looking to step up. You will have a personality that suits a highly pressurised front office environment.

The role pays up to a 75k base salary. A top performer can earn a 50%+ bonus. An excellent benefits package is also offered (including a large % pension, daily food allowance, fully subsidised gym etc.).
