We are looking for an SIOP Supply Planner who will lead and facilitate Step 1 (New Offer) and Step 3 (Supply Review) of the SIOP Process. This role will collaborate with the functional teams around the inventory and capacity planning required by Sales forecast. Success in this role is translated to a successful utilization of the capacity and inventory level, the ability to identify root causes for excess inventory, and ability to drive the required preventive and corrective actions.
What you'll be responsible for in this role:
Work collaboratively with Finance, Operations & Supply validates supply and capacity plan and Inventory projection
Facilitates & leads the SIOP Step 1 & Step 3 with Product Management, Supply Chain & Procurement.
Facilitate cross-functional activities to resolve demand and capacity imbalances before the operations are impacted and presents potential constraints & solutions during the SIOP meeting for approval.
Collaborate with the Demand Planning process to deliver family/product level demand plans through each SIOP cycle. Provide any support as necessary to ensure the Demand Planning process is followed.
Partner with Procurement to develop and maintain stocking strategy, procurement parameters, and stock portfolio refinements by providing data analysis on sales, inventory and service.
Work with manufacturing team in the monthly production volume planning using the business forecast, inventory position, actual customer orders, and the defined capacity parameters.
Identify and follows the NPD at Gate 3/4 from Launch to 1st year of life by integrating the SIOP Step, connecting with Demand Planner to capture the forecast in the forecasting tool, until the switch date to forecasting tool calculation is defined.
Presents the New Offer evolution and status identify risks and opportunities communicates to SIOP leader for the Partnership & Executive review.
Develop and establish the KPI targets; track and publish KPI performance against targets; identify and report on root cause of issues and any corrective actions needed to meet KPI targets.
Identify and leads the E&O preventive as well as the corrective actions to final resolution at less possible cost impact in collaboration with Supply Chain and Finance
What are the basic qualifications?
8-10 years of experience in Master Scheduling, Operation planning, & Supply planning role
What are the preferred qualifications?
5+ years of experience in leading teams in a matrix environment
Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certified, APICS

Excel, and working knowledge of optimization techniques preferred.
Extremely detail oriented, with an ability to manage multiple projects, while meeting aggressive deadlines.

Strong understanding and use of KPI'S & Root cause analysis and problem solving techniques.
Must be capable of translating objectives and needs into deliverable strategy to achieve business goals and create a competitive advantage.
