This new hire will work in Rogers Sales Office located at 2203 Promenade Blvd, Rogers AR. The Customer Business Manager will report to a Sales Director.

This role will be responsible for developing programs and initiatives designed to deliver sales growth and advance new capabilities, in support of McCormick’s Omni Channel Growth Strategy. This role works closely with the Walmart Sales team; this position will have overall responsibility for the retailer digital shelf, promotion, pricing, packaging, media, distribution, merchandising, research and new product plan for key segments.
The role is responsible for Walmart On-Line Grocery Pick Up and Walmart.com
Walmart On-Line Grocery Pickup
•Build and maintain relationships within customer •Develop & execute Walmart eCommerce Shopper Marketing plans in support of overarching Sales and Brand objectives for the total Walmart Account. •Develops yearly Joint Business Plans for Walmart Grocery to include Programing, Digital Shelf, Pricing, Consumer Communication and Execution •Manages MAPPs process to translate sales objectives to customer strategy around merchandising, promotion, placement/distribution and Omni Channel product placement. •Work with syndicated/other data sources to both manage and inform strategic and tactical trade plans •Work closely with internal points of contact and external Agencies to regularly analyze performance, optimize plans, and identify new initiatives to achieve joint sales objectives. Influence customer to implement solutions through fact-based presentations that deliver results that are beneficial for both customer and McCormick. •Regularly track OGP sales performance, and present monthly/quarterly business reviews, and annual sales planning process. Perform in-depth analysis of sales and profit components, including merchandising, promotional and supply chain opportunities •Serves the role of ecommerce and omni channel expert for Walmart digital platforms •Maintain online store conditions at Walmart.com ship to home, Walmart OGP, etc. •Build and maintain the retailer's online content catalog insuring mobile optimization •Build online merchandising to reflect instore merchandising plans
•Build and maintain relationships within customer •Develops and executes .com business plans to deliver sales results. •Work with syndicated/other data sources to both manage and inform strategic and tactical trade plans •Own new item setup and overall assortment process with customer, on shelf availability & digital activation •Share retailer specific eCommerce knowledge & competitive activity across organization •Monthly track eCommerce sales performance, and represent eCommerce within monthly/quarterly business reviews, and annual sales planning process. Perform in-depth analysis of sales and profit components, including merchandising, promotional and supply chain opportunities
•Bachelor’s Degree in business, Marketing, Management or related field. •4 years Sales, Marketing or related experience with a minimum of 2 years experience managing customer base. •Understanding of Ecommerce sales and online retail landscape. •Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication & organization skills. •Strong negotiation, influencing and leadership skills. Strong computer and analytical skills. •Understanding of how Sales integrates with other commercialization areas – marketing, supply chain and finance •Understanding of CPG industry sector and competitive landscape required •Valid drivers license •Must be willing to relocate for future opportunity
