The College of Agriculture, Food, and Environment, Equine Analytical Chemistry Lab seeks a Research Analyst. The Research Analyst position is responsible for operating and maintaining analytical laboratory instrumentation such as LC-MS, ICP-MS, GC-MS, and LC/MS, ensuring compliance with laboratory protocols; effectively implementing all rules for reporting results; analyzing all test samples; submitting and reporting all results obtained; developing and modifying techniques as required to improve the detection of banned substances; ensuring accurate and complete documentation of test samples and results; preparing results for submission; participating in on-going research projects; and maintaining a clean, safe, and secure laboratory environment. This position is located at the Coldstream campus on Newtown Pike.

Required License/Registration/Certification :
Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology or related field. Safe sport certification preferred.
