Job Summary: Indiana State University seeks applicants for a vacant Information Technology Security Analyst position in the Office of Information Technology. The Information Technology Security Analyst is responsible for the security of workstation, desktop and enterprise infrastructure and systems connecting to the Indiana State University data network.
The Information Technology Security Analyst studies malware trends and works hand-in-hand with the Information Technology Security Officer taking preventative and proactive measures to apply in-depth measures supporting the advancement and implementation of defense-in-depth strategies. Required Education and Experience: A minimum education of a bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or any appropriate technology discipline. At least two years supporting a similar enterprise environment.
