Under general direction, the project analyst will provide financial analysis and analytical support to the Director in Dining Services. Perform independent financial analysis and reconciliation between the campus financial system and third party vendor's financial data. Research, compile, and summarize sensitive issues, policies and topics, and complex information. Oversee assigned projects and ensure they are completed. Coordinate and schedule meetings with departmental staff, faculty, university officers, administrators, external consultants and third party vendors. Research and collect relevant information and materials to ensure Directors are properly briefed and prepared. Initiate follow-up actions and draft correspondence if needed. Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all areas. Provides analysis, consultation, advice, and planning of assigned projects. Serve as liaison between campus officials and external consultants.
